Supporting the car guards at the Noordhoek Parking Lot will help keep our parking secure. Experience has shown us that every car break-in and jamming episode has been done when there is no guard present.
Making it viable for them to be there is in our interests and will of course, provide much needed financial support to the guards and their families.
Contributing to one or all of the guards can be done by:
- scanning the QR code
- tapping or clicking on it
- tapping or clicking the persons photograph.
This will bring up a page with a number of payment methods, including Snapscan, Zappa, Apple pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, amongst others.
Any one of these payment methods can be used to provide a tip to the car guard. The amount is up to the user. Once the transaction is complete, a SMS will be sent to the guard’s phone with a voucher number. This voucher can be redeemed at a number of merchants, including Pick an Pay and Shopright Checkers. It can be used to purchase items and can also be cashed in at selected stores.
