Please help! I know people have left the area, and others have sold their properties, but some have not notified us, which means our database of members is out of date. This causes problems with new tenants/owners trying to register as members and we also don't know whom to contact in the event of a problem at a property. PLEASE - if you are receiving this mail and no longer reside/own property in Chapman's Peak, just hit the reply button and type the word GONE - or a short sentence to let us know.Thanking you in advance for your co-operation in this matter.
