On 7 Feb, 2022, at approximately 7pm, a woman was mugged and injured on the beach by two young men armed with knives.
The incident happened opposite the surfing location known as Dunes, about 2km down the beach from the Noordhoek Beach parking lot.
The incident has been reported to SAPS and SANParks. Please take care on the beach; avoid walking/jogging on your own, especially at times when there are few other people about.
